Beautiful beaches! Hotel room very nice .
The food was bland and not Jamaican the music was all rap which i feel defeats the purpose of having a “Jamaica experience “ room was very decent . ;make sure you stay at the new resort as there is 3. No fridge in the room. and the hair stylist said she only took cash never giving me an official app , i went to the receptionist to ask and she told me they did take card . The receptionist went to speak to the hair stylist and she ended up telling her a different story stating she does take card just doesnt have out hair color ? I decided to just leave it alone. Staff was very friendly otherwise. Overall not my on my list to come back to this resort.

Disappointed with the food which is one major reason to stay all inclusive.
Staff were very friendly, great beach at sister property we were able to use.
Food wasn't very good, limited variety day to day. Desserts and pastries all tasted the same. One morning there was not any hot food left even though still 1.5 hours left for breakfast.

The food was satisfactory, the entertainment every day was a nice touch. The entertainment team is very multi talented. Kudos to sweetness and Zoe.
The rooms need some work,the air conditioning wasn't working properly there was problems with the drainage and plumbing, the housekeeper took the towels and didn't replace them. The rooms smelled musky like they weren't used for a while and was closed up.
